so when you shapeshift your possessions get shifted to elsewhere. which seems sensible. moonsilver artifacts shift with you however. my question is, do they have to? the artifacts i'm thinking of taking would be so horrendously obvious in most forms that i'd much rather they went to elsewhere.
a follow up question is then, could you basically use changing plumage mastery as a elsewhere storage charm for your artifacts? it is a little expensive, but i see no reason why it wouldn't work.

My Ruling
I think it's silly that you're forced to take Moonsilver artifacts with you. I think I'd rule that they can be sent Elsewhere just like all your other artifacts can - indeed I think that might even happen by default unless you, say, spend a mote. (Thoughts?)
I'll have a look at the rules for Changing Plumage Mastery, but for Dead Of Night at least you can assume you'll be able to shapechange into a mouse that doesn't have moonsilver lamellar armour with no special effort on top of a normal mousey shapechange. Story must come first, after all :-)
