Vibrant, passionate and outspoken, Bria is probably the closest thing the Indeps get to having a factol - if they were a faction that is. Which they are not. Quite categorically so. She is a fervent advocate of all things free and independent. Though she will admit that it does make things more difficult sometimes, not having official representation on the Speakers Council.

She hails from an unknown Prime world and is a noted singer and musical performer. She can often be found at Brightsinger's Hall listening to new acts or speaking with close friends. When not there, she can usually be found at the Red Lion tavern and rarely without the company of the fraternal twin wemics, Lethea and Lesander.
